Terms & Conditions

Effective from August 8, 2026

These Terms govern the sale of the digital service offered through the website fonsena.com and the relationship between the seller and the customer. By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. The seller

Company ID (IČO): 55 854 532

2. What the service is

The service is a digital experience: for a fee, the customer can throw an interactive coin into a fountain and is shown a short line of text. An optional promo code may grant additional throws for the same payment, or allow the experience to be used without payment. The service is purely digital; no physical goods are delivered.

3. Price and payment

4. Digital content and right of withdrawal

This is the supply of digital content that is provided immediately after payment. In accordance with consumer protection law, before completing payment the customer expressly consents to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledges that, by giving this consent, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, because the content is delivered at once.

By completing payment for the service, the customer gives this consent; these Terms are linked from the site at all times before checkout begins.

5. Promo codes

6. Service availability and complaints

If a payment succeeds but the service fails to display correctly for technical reasons, the customer is entitled to a remedy or a refund of the amount paid. Complaints can be made via the contact e-mail above; please include the payment identifier and a brief description of the problem. We will handle complaints without undue delay.

Refunds in justified cases (e.g. a technical fault) are issued using the same method the payment was received, through Stripe.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is", as a digital experience of an entertainment nature. The seller is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by hosting, payment provider, or internet connection issues outside its control.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in a separate Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and the contractual relationship are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

10. Changes to these Terms

The seller may update these Terms from time to time. For contracts already concluded, the version in effect at the time of purchase applies. The current version is always available on this page.
